CREAT specializes in embedded electronics products related to connected vehicles, telematics, ADAS, infotainment, EV technologies, controllers and sensors, advance lighting and technologies related to next generation automotive needs. The center works in collaboration with other entities of the MINDA group as well as external technology providers.

As UNO MINDA's Innovation Guru, Mark is resposible for nurturing an efficient innovation culture that produces new and improved automotive product solutions for local and global markets. Jarvis promotes innovation driven by a motivated workforce with easy - to - use processes, timely application of emerging technologies, clever engineering, aesthetically pleasing industrial design and insightful market / user experience trend analyses.
With more than 40 years of automotive experience, Mark has worked with market leaders like Visteon Corporation and Ford Motors.
Head (Centre of Competency)
Bhaskar heads CREAT with his vast experience in product development. He is responsible for end to end operations while also heading the COC vertical of CREAT. He is a Mechanical engineer with an inclination towards Mechatronics - which he believes is the future of Automotives & all other field of products. Driven by the idea of innovation, Bhaskar likes to keep himself busy with new ideas & their implementation in practicality.
Bhaskar plays a key role in the field of development of Automotive Electronics addressing one of the key objectives of the Minda group and CREAT, through the electronics lab set-up, effective operations, team building & budgeting
Head (Body Electronics & Advanced Technologies)
Srikanth Sathiyanarayanan is currently working as GM—Engineering & Development for CREAT, UNO MINDA. In his current capacity, he oversees the end-end product development of Body Controls, Lighting Controls and Electric Vehicle related electronics. He is bringing in his 18 years of focussed automotive electronics experience with diversified product knowledge— including Safety Electronics, Under the Hood electronics, Cockpit Electronics etc. His experience include product development, technical sales, strategic & product marketing, project management, people management and product strategies.
At CREAT, UNO Minda, his focus is on bringing in global technologies with regional strategies to support both customers and end-consumers.
Prior to joining UNO MINDA, Srikanth was serving as “Chief Engineer—Instrument Clusters” at Visteon India responsible for managing strategy, business development, product development etc., He was associated with Visteon for about 15 years worked with global leaderships & colleagues. Before Joining Visteon, he has worked with Sundaram Clayton (now WABCO) for 3 years on Anti Lock Braking Systems software. He co-authored and published university text book on “computer system architecture and organization” ISBN: 978-81-265-2284-2 through Wiley publication. He holds masters in “embedded technologies” from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai and bachelors in “ electrical & electronics engineering” from PSG College of Technology, Peelamedu, Coimbatore.
